Ligonberry Daiquiri

The recipe below is as I made this cocktail, but next time I'll double the rum and skip the simple syrup.
  • 2 oz lingonsaft (lingonberry concentrate, from Ikea)
  • 3/4 oz rum (I used Zaya)
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • a squeeze of lime juice
  • a dash of rhubarb bitters (optional)
Shake with ice until cold, and strain into a cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
