These are intended to be similar to the noodles you can get at a Vietnamese
restaurant.
ingredients
- 1/2 lb. pasta
- 4 T. sweet butter
- 1/2 t. salt (you can skip or reduce this if you use salted butter)
- crushed red pepper to taste (I use a few dashes)
- 5-10 cloves of garlic
instructions
- Cook the pasta and drain.
- Melt butter in a large saute pan over low heat.
- Add salt, red pepper, and the garlic (minced or pressed). Make sure not
to burn the garlic (hence the low heat).
- After a few minutes, add the noodles to the pan and toss, coating with
the garlic butter.
- Serve once the noodles have been thoroughly coated.
